At Russell's Western Wear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn boots, apparel, and accessories. Please ensure items are in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and choose between a refund or an exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items back in their original product boxes and secure them inside a separate shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed within 7-10 business days.
